职位描述

岗位职责:
- Understand the company’s products/applications, process/policies and organization/culture
- Develop account strategy and tactics with alignment with management and product lines for the designated accounts
- Cooperate with the account team to implement the defined account strategy and tactics
- Responsible for sales revenue and design win targets at the designated accounts
- Develop/maintain relationship for internal and external stakeholders in multiple functional groups
- Provide the company with in-depth understanding of the accounts and competition by collecting and analyzing relevant intelligences
- Win and consolidate the company’s resources to support the account development thru internal alignment
- Coordinate all activities at the accounts, e.g.: manage sales forecast, order fulfillment, design-in/win activities, quotation request, quality issue, customer meetings, workshops etc
任职资格:
- University degree and above with major in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales with global/key account manager (e.g. Huawei, ZTE,..) background or equivalent experience in semiconductor market
- Thorough understanding of processes and structured approach in a multinational work environment
- Be able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Good technical understanding
- Good team player
- Good communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
