IC Staff/Principal Engineer

Level: ( Equal to Section Manager level )or( Equal to Manager level )
工作地点：HANA 集团泰国工厂 (Ayutthaya, Thailand)
 
Requirements:
•     Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering/Science.
•     > 10 years of experience in assembly Semiconductor IC , New Product Development, or  Test IC Program & Development
•     Experience in worldwide quality system : IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
•     Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global multi-functional team environment
•     Energetic person and able to manage operations and/or engineering
•     Strong leadership , people management skill
•     Very good in English communication, able to speak Chinese is preferable
 
岗位要求:
•     电子/电气工程等相关专业本科或以上学历；
•     10年以上半导体行业相关工作经验，半导体集成电路组装、新产品开发或IC测试程序和开发；
•     熟悉相关质量体系：IATF16949，ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001等
•     良好的沟通能力和全球各团队协作能力
•     有一定的人员管理和团队管理经验
•     英语听说读写流利，并具一定的中文沟通能力
