职位描述

Key responsibilities:
1       New package, new assembly subcontractor development and qualification.
2       Involve design review and package design, prepare bonding diagram, marketing instruction on new device.
3       Define and review assembly process control plan/FMEA, review and follow up assembly yield.
4       Responsible for subcontractor quality management: handle quality issue, drive continual improvement, etc.
5       Assist CQE in handling customer claim issue.

Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements:
1       At least 5 years IC assembly engineering or process development experience.
2       Be familiar with quality control tools: SPC, MSA, 8D, PPAP, etc.
3       Be familiar with JEDEC standard, and SOP/TSSOP/DFN/WLCSP/Bumping process flow and critical control point.
4       Have good problem solving ability.
5       Team player and good communication skill in English.

Education and experience required:
1       BS
2       Assembly process development or QA experience
3   Automotive products experienced will be preferred.
4       Package design.
5       Internal Auditor of TS16949 is a plus.
