Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan in the field of Channel Partner and Global account.
  • Maintain and manage the strong relationships with assigned channel partners. Be responsible for achieving sales, profitability and channel partner objectives.
  • Proactively lead and coach the channel partners to sell products with high deal quality.
  • Manage potential channel conflicts with account sales by fostering excellent communications internally and externally.
  • Monitor and ensure partner compliance with Cadence company policy.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the global account sales team.
  • Build and promote strong relationships with PCB/SPB customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Job Requirements
  • BS/MS degree with at least 8-10 years related working experience. EDA industry experience is a plus.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Be familiar with China PCB/SPB market and eco-system.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
