Capacity Planner 产能计划

Responsibility

• Review the overall site loading situation and balance the capacity among different resources
• Identify any capacity disconnects, and documenting any capacity changes
• Communicate with the factories, GSCO and engineering on all capacity issues
• Work closely with ATO sites in the creation of the long term forecast view when requested
• Monitor the on-site OTD operational metric changes. This management is not an ownership of the data but knowing the key players as they are identified and making sure there is a continual push to work toward the new way of measuring their performance
• Drive actions for immediate concerns raised from the executive teams in Phoenix in making sure they receive the appropriate visibility and reaction

• Ability to interface with management, engineering, planning and factory representatives for both internal and external sites on all issues related to capacity and the production plan.
