Responsibilities:
1. Customer Advocacy/Problem Resolution
- Initiate customer escalations
- Understanding of Customer business processes
- Initiate communication of supply chain disruptions and coordinate effective resolutions
- Proactive review customer forecasts
2. Processes Owned:
- Order Entry
- Order Maintenance and Cancellation
- Forecast errors
- Standard FMS Activities
- Planning Forecasts/Embedded Releases Maintenance
Qualifications:
- Thorough understand supply chain management
- Customer service skills,data analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills(written and verbal)
- Motivational skills, innovative/creative skills
- Ability to exhibit patience, tact,enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers
- Ability to utilize inventory database, ONSales and general computer literacy
