职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Advocacy/Problem Resolution
    - Initiate customer escalations
    - Understanding of Customer business processes
    - Initiate communication of supply chain disruptions and coordinate effective resolutions
    -  Proactive review customer forecasts
2. Processes Owned:
    - Order Entry
    - Order Maintenance and Cancellation
    - Forecast errors
    - Standard FMS Activities
    - Planning Forecasts/Embedded Releases Maintenance

Qualifications:

  1. Thorough understand supply chain management
  2. Customer service skills,data analytical and problem solving skills
  3. Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals
  4. Strong Interpersonal skills
  5. Strong communication skills(written and verbal)
  6. Motivational skills, innovative/creative skills
  7. Ability to exhibit patience, tact,enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers
  8. Ability to utilize inventory database, ONSales and general computer literacy
