(该职位的上班地点为广州)
- Responsible for generating sales for assigned major accounts and mass market customers, Location in Guangzhou (Cover South China City of Guangzhou,zhongshang,Foshan,Jiangmen,Shunde).
- Develop the good relationship with customers and the right access to R&D, Procurement and management teams
- Implements sales strategy (including identify the right decision maker at customer side and take action to influence customers to select ST products/solutions) and ensures customer satisfaction. Contributes to the development of the sales figure and sales/budget/market share of this account/app market.
- Promote ST full kit products/Develop solution or sub-system with ST marketing/FAE to meet customer requirement and benefit to customer demand.
- Manages new projects being developed and identifies new directions for partnership with his/her customer(s) in collaboration with the Market Development/Product Marketing/Applications Engineering teams.
- Responsible for complete understanding of the customer profile including key managers/personnel as well as SAM/TAM/BILLINGS/BOOKINGS.
- Support customer in samples and order follow up. Collect and escalate information on customer needs and market trends
- Prepare customer visit report, weekly report and internal report.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Electronics /Semiconductor
- Have good team-work spirit and be professional
- Mature, outgoing, independent, good communication skills with customers
- Good oral English is necessary, and good writing and speaking abilities
- Familiar with semiconductors components ie. MCU, MEMS Sensors, Power management & Power discrete/IPM/Module, motor driver and other analog
- Having application knowledge of segment/Power Supply, Motor control, Industrial or relevant segments
- Familiar with relevant applications customer’s bases is plus
- Working experience with China CKA (Core Key Account) Customer on the relevant segments is an advantage
- Working experience with AE or FAE on the semiconductor application marketing is an advantage
