职位描述

Define, plan and execute sales strategy for maximizing ST business in Xiaomi.
Maintain and enhance business relationship with Xiaomi, build long-term relationship with Xiaomi.
 
1) Identify, drive and lock down the new opportunities in collaboration with marketing team for all related products portfolios in both mobile and Ecosystem;
2) Understand Xiaomi culture, promote & follow customer in proper way.
3) Understand current market environment to define proper price strategy to maintain and enlarge ST business in Xiaomi;
4) Cooperation with CSR team, division, planner to get good delivery to Xiaomi.
5) Ensure the business and forecast are in line with target budget. 
6) To define & deploy incentive program for maximized ST business.
 
Requirement
 
Sufficient selling experiences in consumer electronics, semiconductor applications; experience of Xiaomi as customer will be a plus.
Can solve problem independently with necessary support
Team work, motivation, good communication ability in both internal and external, logical thinking system understanding
Good English reading/speaking/writing
