IC 验证经理

IC Verification lead
Responsibilities: 
-   Build verification plan and verify the function of design, run coverage and regression. Analyze coverage gaps and devise strategy to fill coverage holes
-   Develop verification platform, including test bench and regression system creation,
-   Work with designers to debug failing tests and resolve bugs
Qualification: 
-   BSEE with 8+ (or MSEE with 5+) years’ experience on SOC verification
-   Solid understanding of verification methodology, hands on experience on:
a)      Directed tests and random tests
b)      functional coverage and assertion-based verification
c)      System Verilog/UVM, C, C++,
d)      lower power verification with CPF/UPF.
-   Experience in developing both block and chip level test benches, test plan creation. 
-   Practical skill with gate-level simulation and debugging techniques. 
-   Strong script programming skills, such as Shell or Perl programming to develop command scripts.
-   Well organized, strong communication skill, work smart, and result oriented
 
IC 验证主管
职责描述：
-   订立芯片验证计划，建立芯片系统级验证平台，验证设计功能，收集，分析和提高各种coverage。
-   和设计团队一起分析，解决所发现的bug.
任职资格: 
-   硕士毕业，5年以上 SOC 验证经验；或本科毕业，8年以上SOC验证经验
-   深入理解验证方法学， 有以下的实际项目经验:
a)      Corner cases和 random cases验证
b)      功能覆盖率的定义，收集和提高； 基于assertion的验证
c)      System Verilog/UVM, C, C++实战经验
d)      基于CPF/UPF的低功耗设计的验证.
-   模块级和芯片级的验证环境搭建 
-   门级仿真和debug的实际项目经验. 
-   较强的Scripting 能力，如 Tcl/Perl/Python
-   较强的沟通和组织协调能力，结果导向。
