Senior Engineer-New Product Introduction

Job Description:
1. Responsible owner for the transfer of new products from feasibility/design stage through manufacturing at designed cost, functionality and time.
2. Drive and coordinate the product development projects by creating and driving development/transfer teams and working with BU, designers and operations.
3. Organize and drive development meetings.
4. Work with designer to develop spec compliant products.
5. Own the timeline, yield and product cost from development to manufacturing.
6. Determine manufacturability by identifying and mitigating key yield drivers (product sensitivities) for the product
7. Coordinate and creating the routine reports of progress to management level.
8. Keep and file all development/NPI project related documents and reports in a necessary format compliant with corporate procedure and requirements.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred).
2. Good understanding of semiconductor devices and processes.
3. Good oral and written communication skills in English.
4. Ability to operate well independently or as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
5. 5+years working experience in semiconductor areas.
