End User Support Analyst

·      Key responsibilities 主要职责
 
Ø Provides MFG application support for SHPD and BVTN MFG, working together with MSE software engineers.
Ø On-site end user support for Pudong MFG production lines. Including on-call rotation.
Ø Standard office users desktop support.
Ø Maintains/tracks MFG IT related equipment/services
 
·      Job requirements (education or experience and skills required to be able to perform this job):

Ø Bachelor degree with a major in Computer Science/IT field
Ø 3+ year working experience, at least 2 years in multi-national corporation.
Ø MFG environment experience strongly preferred.
Ø Strong hands-on experience and troubleshooting knowledge on Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office application suite, IE, and other popular office applications
Ø Basic knowledge in TCP-IP network configuration and troubleshooting; familiar with office network cabling
Ø Fluent spoken/written English
Ø Service-Now experience a plus.
Ø Oracle ERP support experience a plus.
