Account Manager 客户经理

·      Key responsibilities 主要职责
 
Ø  Responsible for the coverage and development of Shenzhen customers, mainly responsible for high-end oscilloscope, logic analyzer, error code instrument, arbitrary waveform generator and other products sales
负责深圳境内和周边客户，主要负责高端示波器、逻辑分析仪、频谱分析仪，任意波形发生器和其他产品的销售
Ø  Drive business growth through current account penetration and new account/market development
通过客户渗透驱动业务增长和新客户/新市场开发
Ø  Establish strategic partnership with industrial customers
与工业客户建立战略伙伴关系
Ø  Responsible to communicate the benefits of Tektronix products and solutions through presentation, technical demonstration and benchmarking
介绍泰克的产品和解决方案的优势给客户,并进行技术示范和基础测试
Ø  Conduct all sale-oriented activities relating to closing orders
参与所有销售活动有关的关闭订单
Ø  Coordinate with other functional teams for new product launch
协调与其他职能团队推进新产品发布
Ø  Emerging market opportunities
挖掘新兴市场、新机会
 
·      Job requirements (education or experience and skills required to be able to perform this job):
岗位要求（学历，经验或必要技能等）
 
Ø  Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering or communication engineering major
本科及以上学历，电子工程或者通信工程专业
Ø  Like sales work, and have sales training potential
喜欢销售，并且具有销售培养潜力
Ø  Ideally with 2+ years of working experience
2年及以上工作经验
Ø  Have a relatively solid communication skills, analog / digital circuits and other technical basis, engaged in research and development, technical support, testing and other work working experience is priority
良好的沟通技巧,基于数电模电模从事研发、技术支持、测试和其他工作工作经验者优先
Ø  Cheerful personality, good at expressing communication, good self-motivation, strong pressure resistance
性格开朗,善于表达沟通,良好的自我激励,能够承受工作压力
Ø  Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
基本的英语听、说、读、写能力
Ø  Strong team work spirit and team sense of honor are required

Ø  Be able to travel, 50%; Have a driver's license
