产品开发工程师（NPI）

岗位职责:
- Work with product development team, OSAT NPI team to assist new product bring up and TMP Readiness
- Support samples deliveries to meet product launch requirements, customer timelines and flag potential delays.
- Production flow definition based on different product marketing requirement, setup product data/flow in HYGON system.
- Support new programs trial run and new product import in OSAT production line.
- Responsible in generation of Engineering and Manufacturing Specification.
- Provide support to production control & operations to ensure smooth sample execution.
- Other works assigned by supervisor.

任职资格:
- Basic knowledge on Electronics and Semiconductors
- Experience in related Semiconductor industries
- General understanding of manufacturing/operations
- Able to handle multiple task & changing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player, pro-active, Independent, resourceful
