射频滤波器设计工程师

Job Description:
1), Responsible for the design and development of BAW filters, duplexers, and multiplexers for mobile handset applications; 
2), Work with other filter designers performing modeling, filter design, and device characterization;
3), Cooperate with various front end module design teams, present design reviews demonstrating compliance to design specifications with simulated and measured results.
4), Cooperate with other system, module, and component engineering groups, to set the filter specifications, and reporting the filter design progress to them;
5), Work with process team to collecting, tracking and resolving any performance, and yield issues.
6), Occasional domestic and international travel will be required.

Job Requirements:
1), Hands on experience in SAW, FBAR, BAW or IPD filter design;
2), Basic understanding of device physics (E-M, Acoustic, Semi-conductor process);
3), Thorough understanding of RF circuit design, impedance matching, and E-M modeling;
4), Hands on experience in ECAD tools, RF testing, and associated test equipment;
5), Excellent communication skills, be able to break down complex problems, set priorities, report progress, and execute to a fast-paced schedule.
6), Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF filter design and modeling (including SAW, BAW, FBAR, or IPD filter).

Preferred:
1) Trackable experience in developing RF filters, or IPD for mobile handset applications. Experience in RF multi-chip module design for mobile handsets would be beneficial;
2) Expertise in various CAD tools such as HFSS, ADS and Cadence, (experience in Cadence P-Cell development is a strong plus);
3) Mastering of English Language.
