Senior/Engineer-Reliability

职责描述：
1, Perform technical feasibility check and enable capability of stress equipment/ board to meet test requirement of clients.
2, New equipment and stress board introduciton including equipment sellection, evaluation, decision analysis, purcurement and buy-off.
3, Trigger necessary equipment / stress test board adaptations or development activities to meet AEC & JESD requirements.
4, Handle reliability test deviations due to equipment, board, testing, handling ect. perform trouble shooting in systemetic way.
5, Documentation & update of work instruction and machine operating instruction.
6, Continuous improvement in reliability process, stress methodology, tools and interface process.


任职要求：
1,Bachelor degree or above, Electrical Engineering or related. semiconductor is preferred.
2,At least 3 years' working experience in Reliability ,test or equipment automation,working in semiconductor area is preferred.
3,Good analytic problem solving skill , strong data analysis skill and self initiatives.
4,Team player and good communication skill.
5,Proactive and can work under pressure.
6,Good English in both oral and written.
7,Good skill in MS office.
