采购供应部总监

工作职责：
1、 负责供应商管理，带领团队进行供应商选择、谈判、关系维护、考核，对成本负责；
Lead the team to manage suppliers, including but not limited to supplier selection, negotiation, relationship management, supplier performance appraisal and cost control.
2、 负责采购、物流、仓储管理，保证物料和产品的供应准确性和及时性，对交付负责；
Manage procurement, logistic and storage, ensure the accuracy and timely supply on material and product, be responsible for the result of delivery.
3、 建立和完善供应商管理体系，组织制定供应链策略并执行；
Set up and keep on optimizing supply chain management, identify supply chain strategy and make execution.
4、 部门管理：人才培养、组织建设、绩效考核等，提升团队能力和战斗力。
Leadership management, including but not limited to talent development, organization building, performance tracking and etc., drive the capacity of team spirit and efficiency.

任职资格：
1、 半导体行业10年以上，采购供应相关职位并担任部门负责人3年以上，有技术工作经历者优先；
Over 10 years working experience in semiconductor industry, with at least 3 years in relevant management role in supply chain, technical background is preferable. 
2、 具备良好的职业道德素质，责任心强，善于沟通和优秀的谈判能力；
Good personality and professionalism , with strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3、 掌握采购供应业务流程和规范，及相关的法律法规知识。
Good command of supply chain business and SOP, sound knowledge of relevant law and regulations.
