职位描述


The candidate is responsible for developing the resources, programs and processes to meet the financial plan for Cadence product line and customer service project. The candidate will oversee the definition of business models, pricing and packaging strategies for the product line, overall product line positioning and creation of internal and external collateral, and will work closely with the sales & field organization, key customers, R&D and strategic partners to identify and drive strategic business opportunities for Cadence IP product line and customer service project.
 
Responsibilities:
·       Definition and promotion of products that will result in sustainable growth within product line responsibilities
·       Monitor and analyze market trends of end-product markets
·       Creation of strategic and tactical marketing plans
·       Generation of marketing requirements documents
·       Creation of product roadmaps
·       New product rollouts & launch
·       TAM/SAM analysis
·       Sales channel communication and training
·       Business development/customer meetings
·       Develop marketing materials, such as contributed articles, whitepapers, webinars, customer presentations
·       Demand creation/promotional initiatives
·       Promotion of product lines through participation in industry events such as panels, positioning articles, and seminars
 
Qualifications:
·       Energetic, results-driven individual
·       6 or more years of total relevant work experience in one of below areas:
A)     the high-speed SerDes architecture & technology (data-center connectivity protocols, 100G+ optical interconnects, Die2Die connectivity, compliance/certifications)
B)     have a working knowledge of microprocessor and DSP
C)     SoC architecture targeting different applications such as mobile phone, IoT, AI, Automotive processors etc.
·       Experience with intellectual property licensing and business models
·       Product Marketing or Management experience is required
·       Knowledge in end-product market is preferred, such as Cloud Data Center connectivity, Automotive/Infotainment, Service Providers, Mobile Backhaul
·       Consumer or enterprise product, or semiconductor IP marketing is required
·       Good knowledge of microprocessors and microcontrollers market trends and applications
·       Experience with strategic market analysis and product planning
·       Demonstrated marketing expertise in product positioning, value proposition articulation and creation of compelling collateral
·       Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with key customers and strategic partners
·       Track record of creative marketing programs and successfully launching new products
·       Strong organizational and program management skills
·       Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment
·       Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education and Experience: BS EE with 8+ yrs relevant experience. MS EE (preferred) with 6+ yrs relevant experience. MBA is a positive.
