算法专家工程师

岗位职责：
1、 负责公司机器学习和深度学习图像处理算法技术能力的构建；
2、 组织算法的开发和应用
3、负责开发半导体检测图像缺陷分类算法，能够独立、按时完成任务，从定义要求指标、建立理论模型、设计软件结构、编程，到调试、优化算法、评估效果。
Responsible for building up company's machine learning and deep learning based image processing algorithm capability.
岗位要求：
1、 计算机、数学或图像处理相关专业，博士学历，具有5年以上机器视觉领域相关工作经验；
2、 扎实的数学和编程功底，精通机器学习和深度学习算法框架的搭建和模型的训练和优化；
3、 精通基础分类算法，具有缺陷检测和分类算法的工程开发经验；
4、 熟悉C/C++、Python、Matlab、Linux、OpenCV、SSE、intel IPP等语言、环境和技术；
5、 熟悉Object-oriented设计、数据结构、版本管理及软件开发流程；
6、 具备良好的技术英语阅读和书面表达能力；
7、 具备团队管理的意愿和能力。
1. Major in Computer Science, Mathematics or image processing related majors with a Ph.D. degree. More than 5 year’s experience in machine vision field is required;
2. Solid mathematical and programming skills, proficient in machine learning and deep learning algorithm framework building, model training and optimization;
3. Proficient in basic classification algorithm, with engineering development experience of defect detection and classification algorithm;
4. Familiar with C/C++, Python, MATLAB, Linux, OpenCV, SSE, Intel IPP and other languages, environments and technologies;
5. Familiar with Object-oriented design, data structure, software version management and development process;
6. Good technical English reading and writing skills;
7. Have the willingness and ability of team management.
