职位描述

  • Location: Shanghai or Beijing
    This is an exciting position for cloud datacenter marketing team. The
    person will work closely with field, sales and customers and will be
    responsible to drive accounts specific GTM plan and strategy.
    The key responsibilities will incorporate the following:

    1) Customer specific GTM:
    a) Align roadmaps short and long term
    b) Drive Customer specific strategy quarterly/yearly
    c) Responsible to work with sales team to build funnel of product
    program qualification
    d) Demand creation at end customers, PR, MDF

    2) The person will oversee revenue management:
    a) Track and set the quarterly goals with sales and management
    b) Allocation priorities with the biz ops team
    c) Manage pricing strategies with pricing team

    3) Field Training
    a) Formulate, direct and coordinate strategic training activities to
    promote products, and customer-experience based on marketing
    analytics and critical business objectives, identifying gaps for future
    consideration
    b) Provide training and development plans and materials based on
    identified gaps in trends, best practices, tools, and applications
    4) Create cloud datacenter storage segment strategy 
    5) Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations to
    internal stakeholders to identify and execute stakeholder support and
    delivery enhancements
