Warehousing Operation Manager

Manage ST internal resource, train and coach the team, conduct performance appraisal;
Define and ensure to achieve target KPIs; manage LSP KPIs;
Ensure short term balance activity over areas readjust resources allocation
Ensure SOX procedure is followed
Ensure inventory management procedure and segregation of duty is in place
validate write off / financial movement/ scrap request
8D / FMEA validation
GLWO  audit responsible
validate scope of training and yearly plan
Responsible to defined protective measure and PPE required
Validate Risk assessment of each area; Manage Accident analyze and Corrective action; Ensure coordination with other function and EHS.
Define authorization ( badge logon ) and analyze violation
review security aspect;
decide and follow for all new equipment and preventive maintenance.
ensure system and tool  are aligned with need and interface locally with ICT for ICT infrastructure
Warehouse validate , and be responsible for BCP ,
validate BCP, Activate Recovery plan in case of crisis
manage escalation , communication and coordination
 
Qualification
 
Master degree in the warehousing, logistics or supply chain areas;
5 to 10 years whse manager experience;
Both spoken & written English;
SAP WMS experience;
People management experience;
Good Communication skills;
LSP management experience
