Warehousing Op SPEC II

Service: Follow item miss or not done ( order not fulfilled, GIT, urgencies) and ensure resolution & action;
Propose action plan for improvement
Be the interface for DIV for any services urgencies
KPI: Follow dash board  and compile KPI's in the area daily/Weekly 
analyze deviation /  propose action plan for improvement


Inventory Control/Count: Launch plan inventory cycle count according to monthly plan
Analyze cycle count document discrepancy , decide for  recount
confirm and Investigate discrepancy.
Inventory management: Request Write off /transfer ,
Can perform some transaction
Plan scrap execution
Follow special store  (quality block, pending  )
Quality: Compile and update all procedures, work instructions, etc.
prepare 8D & FMEA; Analyze quality indicator and reporting; Propose quality improvement
Perform quality inspection on Subcon incoming shipments
Audit: prepare for audit
Training: define certification process and plan training, ( multi skills (matrix)
define training contents
qualify new process
Ensure training Need analysis
SAP WMS System: follow deployment , change of ICT / relaese
align with procedure and training docs
should be a technical referent with ICT/system solution
BCP team member , member  of the recovery team
Prepare MAP /for the area and recovery action
 
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in the warehousing, logistics or supply chain areas;
5 to 10 years whse related experience;
Both spoken & written English;
SAP WMS experience;
