Job responsibilities and activities:
· Account planning and development, to increase business located in defined China territory
· Responsible for driving forecast, bookings and revenue results for the product portfolios. Grow the business with assigned accounts, seeking out new business opportunities, developing sales campaigns, driving technical team activities, and interacting with product divisions
· Lead the enterprise account teams to drive technical selling strategy and collaborate with other managers covering this account on sales campaigns.
· Analyzes customer requirements and promotes consideration of company products, IP and services to fill requirements
· Propose overall company unique values and execute appropriate competitive strategies to win the competition by helping solve customer challenges and issues;
· Driving contract negotiations and booking purchase orders by partnering with company Finance and Legal organizations;
Job Requirements:
· At least 8+ years technical selling experience in EDA, IP & semiconductor industry or related field.
· Requires strong account management, communications and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to cultivate and grow C level customer relationships
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Chinese & English
· Requires working understanding of company product market, including business models, customer challenges
· Experiences in solid leadership and interpersonal competencies
· Uses professional concepts to solve a wide-range of difficult problems in imaginative and creative ways. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.
