Intelligent applications that respond with human-like reflexes require an enormous amount of computer processing power. AMD’s main contributions to ML and DL systems come from delivering high-performance compute (both CPUs and GPUs) with an open ecosystem for software development. ML and DL applications rely on computer hardware that can support the highest processing capabilities (speed, capacity, and organization) to simultaneously manage complex data sets from multiple input streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, implement and maintain drivers/libraries for computing stack, including but not limited to following areas.

1. Work on Machine Intelligence and/or High Performance Computing technologies
2. Work on AMD next generation Radeon Instinct Products
3. Maintain current driver and improve performance
4. Design/Implement new GPU acceleration algorithm
5. Support key customers

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent
• Deep Knowledge of C/C++ programming.
• Knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of PC architecture
• Knowledge of AI, ML, HPC
• Knowledge of device driver development under Linux
• Good communication skill and able to work with stakeholders effectively
• Knowledge of  assembler language and CPU/GPU instructions is a plus

• BS + 5-7 years or MS + 3-5 years or PhD + 1 year.
