Silvaco Application Engineer应用工程师

As an Application Engineer, you are responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Simulation tools in China, the responsibility includes:
作为应用工程师，负责对中国境内的客户的仿真工具的售前和售后的技术支持，职责包括：
- discovering new project or new customer from technology point of view, discussing with customers on their application, proposing Silvaco solutions to best-fit customer requirements
- 从技术角度发掘新的项目或客户，与客户探讨其技术要求，提供适合客户需求的Silvaco的解决方案
- work with sales team to achieve a high customer satisfaction and for building strong customer relationships
- 与销售团队紧密合作，提升客户的满意度，建立良好的客户关系
- managing multiple customer issues concurrently, debug and analyze technical issues effectively
- 同时处理多个客户问题，并快速有效的进行调试分析解决
- work with the RD team to enhance the advantage of Silvaco tools to fast response customer’s new technical requirements
- 与研发团队紧密合作，增强Silvaco工具的优势，快速响应客户新的技术需求

Expertise Requirements:
技术要求：
 
•         Master degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering.
计算机或电子工程专业硕士学历以上
•         A Minimum of 5+ years on Standard Cell Library Design Experience preferable in advanced process nodes. (probably the most important)
至少5年以上先进工艺节点的标准单元库设计经验（最重要）
•         Experience or knowledge related to either Parasitic Extraction or Spice Simulatio
寄生参数提取或Spice仿真的相关经验或知识
•         Experience in Physical Verification DRC, LVS and PEX
物理验证DRC、LVS、PEX的工作经验
•         Experience with Design rule manual for advanced process nodes.
具有先进工艺节点设计规则的经验
•         Experience with FPD, PLLs, ADC/DAC, and Memory designs is more desirable
具有FPD, PLLs, ADC/DAC 以及存储设计的工作经验（优先考虑）
•         Scripting in python, tcl, and/or Perl and/or Java Scripts
具有使用Python、tcl或Per或Jave等脚本语言的能力
•         Programming experience is a plus.
有编程经验者优先
•         Experience in Synthesis, P&R is a plus
具有Synthesis，P&R经验者优先
•         Experience in working as application engineer, be customer oriented and curious
具有应用工程师工作经验者优先，有客户导向及求知欲
•         Good level in written and spoken English

•         Good communication skills
