岗位职责:

1. Responsible for driving the growth of design service group
2. Build deep relationships with customers
3. Discover new design opportunities and fully understand customer requirements for featuresand product specifications.
4. Market Intelligence, collect and analyze market and customers trends, requirements & needs, competitor information
5. Cooperate with design team for the implementation of the design

1. 8+ years semiconductor industry experience across RnD, customer support,marketing and s ales positions.
2. Solid engineering background as well as excellent sales record.
3. Strong relationship with many China semiconductor players.
4. Familiar with SoC design turnkey. Successful chip tape out experience.
5. Insights of semiconductor technology and marketing trends.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Strong leadership to direct and influence the team to achieve business target.
