IP Business Leader

Responsibility：
1. Manage the IP business of the company, maintain the IP platform
2. Coordinate internal or external resource to improve the influence of our platform
3. Dig out potential business opportunities, achieving the revenue goals
 
Requiremnet：
1. Bachelor’s or above Degree in EE, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
2. 8+ years working experiences in semiconductor and understanding semiconductor ECO system
3. Completed knowledge of SoC designing flow, tape-out procedures, semiconductor fabrication processes by technology node and various packaging technologies is plus
4. Must be sensitive with business and have a proven track record of developing deep executive customer relationships
5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
