SOC PM

Responsibilities
·       Drive on-time project tape-out.
·       Make sure project runs properly with high quality and efficiency.
·       Drive schedule interlock with multiple IP and multiple SOC function team.
·       Work together with function leads on resource planning and dynamic resource management.
·       Drive all deliverables on time delivery and drive dependencies to closure.
·       Monitor project status and provide solid advices to Executives.
 
 
Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in EE or CS or equivalent is required
• A minimum 3 years program management experience in large scope SOC projects
• Strong at handling cross function collaboration and driving to consensus
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Very strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
