Job Title: 信号电源完整性工程师 (AMS circuit)
Location: Wuhan

In this role you will be part of Synopsys world-wide Signal and Power Integrity team to support leading-edge high-speed interface PHY IP development and customer applications. 

Responsibilities
•     Modeling, defining guidelines, reviewing, simulating, analyzing PDN, floorplans, bump maps and signal integrity of SoC, package and PCB interconnects.
•     The position is also responsible for executing, correlating and refining the PHY IBIS/IBIS-AMI model generation flow.
•     IP products include SerDes (up to 56G/112G), PCIe, USB, HDMI, MIPI and DDR/LPDDR/HBM PHY.

Requirements
•     BSEE required, MSEE preferred
•     3+ years experience in signal and power integrity on-die and off-die with working knowledge on SerDes Tx/Rx/CDR/DFE circuits.
•     Have deep knowledge of transmission line theory, signal conditioning methods and modeling
•     Knowledge on interface protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, SATA, MIPI, HDMI, DDR is required.
•     Familiar with programming languages such as Python, Perl, TCL, C++, and hands-on experience on simulators such as Matlab, ADS, HSPICE/FINESIM are needed.
•     Experience with 3D field solver tools such as HFSS, SIwave is a plus.
•     SerDes and/or PCB design experience is desired.
Must have good communications and customer handling skills.
