IT System Engineer

职责描述：
This position will provide IT support to end users for Suzhou office. This includes maintenance of hardware, software and manage IT/Communications related peripherals in the offices.

岗位描述:

1. At least 5 years of experience in an IT support or technical environment, with significant personal computer and/or client / server platform experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer-related field, IT Certifications are preferred;
2. Strong knowledge, skills and hands-on experience including, not limit on Microsoft OS, Office 365, Windows 2012/2016 server + Active Directory, Linux system, Mac OS, Cisco Network;
3. Well versed in the solutions and optimization of user settings, software support, installation of hardware and software, network connectivity, e-mail accounts, security settings and other related tasks;
4. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including root cause problem resolution in time;
5. Time management skills including demonstrated ability to prioritize and resolve hardware and software related issues;
6. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with both Chinese & English.
7. Solid experience of Incident, asset management and change management etc. ITIL awareness. And ITIL foundation certification is a plus;
8. Background in semiconductor industry is preferred;
