Job description:
Introduce PIC and power module product release to mass production.
Set up new test solution release procedure and criteria for better mass production.
Allocate team resource to support test capacity extension and improve output.
Manage production line testing sustain team and equipment team for smooth mass production and good quality.
Cooperate with oversea Test R&D team for better DFM (Design for Manufacturing) .
New subcontractor and vendor qualification for cost down or capacity extension.
Coach each function team leader to improvemanagement skill.
Regular review function document to meet quality system requirement .
To complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
工作经验 Working Experience
A minimum of 10 years’experience in a Semiconductor Manufacturing company, preferably
in multinational corporation . Of these, 3 years should in a supervisory or managerial role

Good analog device knowledge on Power management IC product and module testing .Such as : DC/DC,LDO,AC/DC, Dr MOS,IPM/SPM
Family with some popular analog tester
Good at speaking and writing English
Familiar with quality management system
Understand the standard of ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001,IATF16949, TL9000 and QC080000 with the basic knowledge, familiar with RoHS, and other management systems., familiar with the application of five tools and customer requirements
