采购总监（薪资面议）

此岗位薪资面议。

工作职责：

• Drive operational purchasing excellence in China and development centers and ensure full compliance with purchasing reporting, procedures and guidelines.
• Deploy agreed commodity strategy to key initial and operational buyers and other people involved in China site.
• Report on operational performance (projects, negotiation + other purchasing deliverables)
• Ensure full and complete contract implementation.
• Ensure the contents of the master data is consistent and accurate
• Drive compliance with supply base management procedures and guidelines
• Report on supplier performance
• Support supplier phase-in/out
• Ensure full compliance with sustainability guidelines
• Ensure timely and complete analysis, reporting and  prioritizing of field quality problems
• Define and deploy annual target for the initial and operational buyers and organize performance review with input of Co-assessors
• Contribute to development and succession planning of purchasing staff
  Requirement:

A recognized bachelor degree in Science and Engineering
Minimum 20 years or above working experience in the purchasing operations, at least 5 years
wafer fab procurement experience. Has over 20 people team management experiences is preferred.
