Fab MFG Section Mananger（薪资面议）

此岗位薪资面议。

职责描述：
Establish plans and strategies to meet operations output requirement.
Establish plans and procedures for WIP and Test wafer Management.
Set targets, goals and projects to maintain high turn ratio manning ratio and line linearity.
Provide guidance and training to team to achieve maximum performance effectiveness.
Provide guidance and appraisals and road map career paths for subordinates.
Forecast financials budgets for materials such as test wafers, smif pods and production tools.
Coordinate PM/PC/IE to reduce non-confirming.
Other tasks assigned by the leader.
任职要求：
Bachelor & above degree in Engineering, Management or equivalent,
•Above 8 years relevant working experience
•Good communication and computer skills, strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and team work spirit.
