职位描述

工作职责
1. Managing sales performance:
a) Develop and execute strategies 
b) Take ownership for relevant key performance indicators (mostly comes from AOP) and driving corrective actions if required.
c) Ensure all key internal system and process are updated on timely cadence with accurate information.
d) Sharing best practices with other parts of the organizations and other accounts in order to ensure a continuous development of both personal and the team.
2. New product introduction projects:
a) Identify opportunities to win Biz.
b) Work with TPM and BU closely to make sure NPI moving smoothly and complete on time.
3. Customer relationship management
a) Represent and convey the customer needs internally , factories or relative team.
b) Ensure adequate priorities are set in order to execute against the strategy.
4. Management of customer agreements
a) Leads negotiation with Key customers of company required agreements as well as customer required agreements.
5. Business Intelligence
a) Understand customer Biz strategy, opportunity and issue.
b) Understand the ecosystem of the specific IC product market of you customer and even the end customer,
c) Understand our competition from your key count
任职资格
1. Located in Shenzhen;
2. Frequently travel may require base on business situation;
3. Bachelor Degree at least;
4. Experience: 5Y+ in Semiconductor, or 2Y+ in IC OSAT sales group
5. English speaking
