技术销售工程师Technical Sales Engineer

一、岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品线在华东地区的销售工作； Responsible for the regional sales activity
2、发展和维护客户关系，提升客户满意度；Develop and maintain customer relationship, improve customer satisfaction
3、协助上级制定所在区域的销售目标，并实现销售目标和跟踪应收账款； Assist the superior in setting regional sales goals, achieve the sales goals and monitor account receivable
4、配合公司市场人员进行市场调研和推广，收集并分析行业市场信息； Partner with marketing staff for marketing survey and promotion, collect and analyze segment marketing information
5、配合公司技术人员进行售前技术咨询和技术支持服务；Partner with AE/FAE for pre-sales technical consultancy service and field application engineering support
6、按时完成上级交办的各项任务。Timely complete various tasks the superior assigned

二、任职条件
1、全日制本科及以上学历，电力电子、微电子、材料、物理等理工科专业或市场营销专业； Full-time bachelor degree and above in Engineering, Science, or Marketing.
2、有功率半导体器件或电源IC销售实习经验优先； Semiconductor experience essential with power device, or Power IC experience is a plus
3、具有良好的人际沟通能力和较强的执行力 Good interpersonal & communication skills, strong execution ability
4、工作积极主动，具有良好的团队合作精神，并能承受一定的工作压力 Self-motivated, team-work, can work under pressure and know how to make a balance 
5、工作地点在上海市Preferred role location is Shanghai City
6、工作勤勉、诚实守信、身体健康。Diligent, honest and in good condition.
