职位描述
岗位职责：
1. Products line operation and management
2. Work out Marketing strategy
3. New products survey and definition
4. Other duties as required.
岗位要求：
1. Preferably focused on analog/mixed-signal ICs;
2. Experience in the following areas: Product marketing, Pricing strategies and cost drivers, Competitive analysis, Promotional approaches, Relationship management, Sales support;
3. Strong IC technical background with a good understanding of analog IC products;
4. Strong marketing, demographic, researching and analytical skills;
5. Good computer and presentation communications skills;
6. Self-motivated with good team spirit;
7. Coordination abilities with customers, alliances, sales, engineering and management staff.
