Sr IC Test Engineer

Job Description:
This position provides a great opportunity to work on a variety of products and makes a visible contribution to Revenue growth. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
1. Working in conjunction across function teams (such as PM, Design, System, Application, etc.) on the new product development as well as externally with subcons’ test development team.
2. Initiating hardware design & software development. Responsible for test solution development using C/C++, Hardware design using Altium / Cadence Allegro.
3. Participating in data collection/analysis for the device electrical characterization, measurement offset, repeatability and reproducibility, spike check, testing efficiency, etc.
4. Supporting test hardware and software release, production offload, yield sustaining, & production ramping.
5. Ensuring proper documentation such as test plan, data analysis, test program maintainable/revision control.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Highly technical and requires an individual who can work independently. A working knowledge of Power Management IC test development is necessary in completing required tasks.
2. Previous experience of test engineering development in a semiconductor / electronics company.

  Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
1. Solid knowledge in electronics, analog, power management, & ATE.
2. Good C/C++/C# programming skills.
3. Multitasking: Manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
4. Very strong interpersonal skills particularly self–motivation, judgment, & analytic ability skills.
5. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proven execution capability. Ability to get things done within given timeframe.
7. Attitude towards learning and passion for work.
