可靠性工程师

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Owning IC & Discrete product qualification plan, solution, and filing-result;
· Execution of ESD, Latch-up, HTOL and Pkg-Qual items.;
· Chip FA support for design, NPI and RMA activities;
· Interfacing with wafer foundries, assembly, and external labs on reliability& FA tasks;

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Knowledge in IC/discrete product Qualification test (Environmental test, Burn-in, ESD, Latch-up, etc).
· Familiar with chip assembly and wafer level failure analysis methodology and procedure; 
· Familiar with frequently used tools in failure analysis (SAT, X-ray, EMMI & OBIRCH, OM, SEM etc) and data interpretation.
· Good comprehension on assembly and wafer process 
· Good communication skills in English
· Experience in both assembly and wafer fab is a plus
EDUCATION:
· BS degree, major in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material or related
