高级新产品导入工程师

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible to communicate with customer on requirement
2. Summary and collect all the information of project before kick off, coordinate the resources to evaluate the feasibility of project/product, then complete the project kick off.
3. Establish project schedule and delivery document, report; drive cross functional team to perform the project per schedule; Lead team to review the progress and abnormal issue.
4. Monitor/Control the project plan, schedule, cost, change, risk management.
5. Be responsible to organize the team and foreign resource to come out the initial plan of product/process definition and development
6. Follow up project status during SPE run and coordinate related team to solve abnormal issue to ensure project running smoothly.
7. Be responsible for product delivery and result follow up
8. Lead the team to support RMA and drive the corrective action and further improvement
9. Project Ramp up support
10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical/mechanical engineering
2. Fluent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
3. 3 years’work experience including 1 year manufacturing process expertise experience in a high paced environment
4. New product introduction Quality engineer, related exp. preferred
5. Electric, automation and statistic knowledge background.
6. Familiar with QC tools, FMEA and other problem solving method
7. Project management – PMP certification preferred
10. Good presentation skills and strong driven skills
11. Assy. process background is preferred for assembly process engineering
