Job Description
Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance, debugging and optimization of the company's cloud computing products (including cloud platforms, operating systems, and application systems);
• Technical support of the company's cloud computing products, customer technical issues handling, relationship maintenance and usage feedback;
• Installation and testing of the company's cloud computing products, and provide technical and use-level test reports for higher-level decisions;
• Creating technical documents and user manuals related to the company's cloud computing products, and doing a good job in cloud computing product technology;
• Technical training of the company's cloud computing products.

• Familiar with the management and maintenance of linux / Windows system, and understand the network architecture management;
• Experience in virtualization products such as Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, KVM, OpenStack is preferred
• Experience in R&D project is preferred
• Experience in high performance computing is preferred
• Analyze and solve complex problems;
• Sense of responsibility and good team spirit,
• Good expression and communication skills.
