Test Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop ATE test programs for FT and CP based on IC test plan.
- Work with R&D team, ATE vendors, and subcons over DFT, program correlation, and production release.
- Deliver quality and cost-effective test solution for production.
- Oversee production support to improve test output efficiency and product yield.
- Ensure availability of test rela hardware. Manage design, delivery, and maintenance of loadboard, probe card, socket, pin, handler, or change kit.
Requirement:
- 3~5 years of experience in ATE test engineering
- Familiar with Advantest or Teradyne ATE testers such as 93K, J750. Understanding of NAND Flash/SSD testing is a plus.
- Expertise in semiconductor test methodology
- Experience in C or C++
- Failure analysis and trouble shooting
- Experience in DFT is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in EE or related engineering field
