Product Quality Engineer

As a member of our Tesla Product Quality Engineering group, you will be responsible to continuously drive NVIDIA Tesla GPU products' quality improvement and increase customer satisfaction for the fastest super computers and high performance compute (HPC) products on the planet.
What you’ll be doing:

• Identify and analyze customer reported technical issues for Tesla product family
• Conduct system level, board level failure analysis on field failures to identify the root cause and provide risk assessment
• Interact with functional groups at all levels to address and resolve critical product and customer issues
• Analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities and work with others to implement corrective measures and defect prevention with a focus on process control and error proofing
• Perform data analysis to generate periodic quality report, detect subtle trends and report quality concerns
• Need occasional travel to Hong Kong

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields, MS is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in PCB level hardware verification/ debug and signal integrity measurement
• Proficient with Linux Shell Scripts, advanced working knowledge of data retrieving and processing using excel, basic data analysis skills with Python or other general data science tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solid understanding of problem solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical process control principles preferred
• Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts as well as manufacturing operations
• Good command of English in both written and oral
• Good communication skills and high sense of responsibility
