Product Marketing Director - Acoustic

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the research of market trends and use-cases, target market segments and customers for EAR voice and audio processing hardware and software/algorithm solutions.
Define and communicate whole product deliverables and system solution roadmaps including supporting business cases for MRDs and PRBs Assist in defining innovative product attributes to create product differentiation.
Create go-to-market strategies and execution of key collateral and deliverables for EAR solutions.
Define third-party partnerships necessary to achieve rapid development and market penetration to support the segment strategy.
Work closely with the sales organization to define and execute customer engagement plans, managing key customer projects and support actions to maximize ROI and revenue.
Obtain feedback from key customers and field teams to feedback into product and technology road maps and to determine optimal product development plans for success.
Collaborate with other product lines to create compelling system solutions that deliver differentiated value propositions.
Support life cycle management of near-term productization and long-term product road map plans aligned to company directives and market segment strategies.
KEY QUALIFICATION
Experienced professional able to demonstrate proven success in marketing to the OEM and ODM Bluetooth headphone market
Experienced working in cross-functional and matrix organizational settings, collaborating closely with both engineering and field sales teams.
Critical thinking skills with proven ability to think tactically yet strategically.
Outstanding hands-on execution capabilities with keen attention to details.
Possesses a can-do attitude and strong drive to succeed in a highly competitive market.
Enjoys multi-tasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Engineering Passion for winning in consumer electronics
