Yield Enhancement Engineer (YE) 良率提升工程师

Yield enhancement engineer will deal with whole semiconductor industry to improve product yield
You will act as project leader to co-work with other departments for project management and yield enhancement. 良率工程师需要和整个半导体产业打交道，提升产品良率作为项目领导者，良率工程师需要和其他部门一起协作进行项目管理和良率提升。
Responsibilities岗位职责:
·         Product level qualification for new fab, new bumping house, new assembly house and new test house. Work closely with different groups to start the qualification process, watch closely for project schedule, and complete the qualification in a timely manner负责新晶圆厂，新凸点制造厂，新封装测试厂的认证工作，和其他部门紧密协作展开项目管理
·         Lead product quality and reliability improvement activities from design/device/layout to fab/bump/assembly/test process details and ensure released products comply with specifications and tolerance. Lead key initiatives to achieve this与设计，器件，版图，晶圆制造，凸点制造，封装和测部门一起合作，作为项目组长，带头负责产品质量和可靠性提升措施
·         Perform investigations for yield drop and low yield issues and lead corrective actions开展低良率分析和带头负责良率改善措施
·         Settle the plan and schedule to solve technical issues by cross-department co-work as a project leader作为项目组长，和其他部门一起协调，制定解决方案
·         Data analysis, issue debugging and failure root cause understanding数据分析，查找问题原因，并解决问题
·         Cost reduction activities成本降低的相关工作
·         Shipment support 出货支持
·         Customer support客户支持
Requirements岗位要求:
·         MSEE or equivalent电子硕士相关专业
·         Good communication, writing and presentation skills 良好的沟通，协作及演讲技能
·         Good English skills in both verbal and written English英语口头及书面表达良好
