Product Engineer Assistant (PEA) 助理产品工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:
·         Work closely with Product Development to launch spinoff products 与产品开发部门紧密合作发布产品
·         Planning and performing product testing based on the product qualification procedure to ensure product meets all customer specifications在产品鉴定程序的基础上计划并进行产品测试，确保产品符合客户需求
·         Lead key initiatives to improve product performance 提出提高产品性能的重要方案
·         Interface with cross-functional and project team members smoothly and help drive solutions to project-related issues与其他职能或项目成员沟通合作，为项目相关问题提供解决方案
·         Assist customers in product usage issues 协助客户处理产品使用相关的问题
Requirements岗位要求:
·         Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
·         Have good semiconductor knowledge including process, package & circuitry熟悉半导体相关知识，包括工艺、封装及电路
·         Self-motivated and able to work independently能独立自主工作
·         Good communication skill and Good written and oral English良好的沟通能力及英语写作/口语能力
·         Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task在多任务的情况下，能独立完成的工作
·         Creative and ability to solve technical problems based on personal expertise and leveraging of technical resources and networking利用自身专业知识、技术资源及互联网，不断创新并提高解决技术问题能力
·         Ability to work well in a cross-functional team and cross-site environment 在跨职能及跨区域的情况下，能顺利地开展工作
