Engineer, MXA External Assembly E. (Assembly)

Major role and responsibilities are:
· Maintain HVM health, manage yield.
· Unit control, material scrap control, dispose excess materials in assy.
· Assembly excursion management like xRBs and define root cause and corrective actions
· Manage changes (new material, new process setting)
· BOM management
· Support package TD project in ( Assy readiness, on line monitoring the builds, data collection, assembly report).
· Write MFG spec, maintain product related documents.
· SPC Chart Review (Ppk>1.67, OOC)
The candidate should be familiar with whole assy process (BGA or lead frame package) with good skills of project management, communication, experiment design, statistical analysis and problem solving.
Both bachelor and master are ok.
