职位描述
Objectives:
To manage the ST activities carried out with VAR in HK/China, so that our business opportunities could be optimized, and sales targets/budget are achieved in all distributor / VAR involved and potential markets
Key Responsibilities:
1.Drive to achieve the POP, POS, Demand creation targets with the Distributor / VAR in HK/China;
2.Manage the order pipeline and provide timely accurate demand forecasts;
3.Explore and define the focus segments and potential key customers for market penetration, set up strategic business plan with the VAR for long term growth;
4.Strengthen the relationship with all levels of organization and departments between the VAR and ST for enhanced business engagement;
5.Increase resources, market share & position as a strategic supplier with the VAR;
任职要求:
1. Degree holder for Electronics Engineering
2.Expertise / Skills: Good interpersonal communication & negotiation skills, fluence for both writing and speaking in English & Mandarin
3.Personal Attributes: Positive & passion, willing to learn and being a teamwork player;
4.Flexibility for travel.
