职位描述
1. Establish / maintain RMA system and streamline the work flow;
2. Execute product recall in timely manner.
3. Coordinate RMA product disposition.
4. Coordinate the quality agreement review to make sure all clauses have been reviewed by related reviewers.
5. Maintain and analyze customer complaint cases, product return, COPQ and other quality KPI data for quality improvement.
6. Maintain and upgrade Hazardous Substance Material control specification to comply with latest regulation and laws.
7. Maintain and implement customer satisfaction survey.
8. Customer survey.
