Product/Test Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Work with worldwide cross-functional teams, Product, Design, Application, Process and QA engineers on new silicon development from early phases of product definition to production phase.
- Responsible for testing related software (test program) & hardware (probe card/load board) design, development and implementation from engineering to production with target test time & cost according the organization standards.
- Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality and securing the Automotive Zero defect (target PPM) requirement.
- Use problem solving approaches and methods to work with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams to global customer quality issues.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues; manage supply chain to ensure customer order delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree, najor in EE, Communication or Automation related areas.
- Good communication skills both in Mandarin and English
- Familiar on VB, C++ programming language
- Team work spirit, willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated
