职位描述

Responsibilities：
- Work with DFT team to define test plan
- Test hardware (load board, probe card, BI boards, etc.) design
- Develop and maintain test programs
- Troubleshoot test and yield issues
- Continuously optimize test program for yield improvement and test time optimization

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in electronics engineering or equivalent
- Familiar with common test platform e.g. Verigy 93K, T2000, etc. is a plus
- Strong learning ability, like to study, work conscientiously and responsibly, result-oriented
