NPI工程师

Job Overview:
* The NPI Product Engineer will be responsible for Polestor NPI development in product engineering area.  A strong understanding of assembly processing, testing, and qualification is expected.  An ideal NPI-product engineer should also be a highly motivated, fast learner, team player with good communication skills；

Duties/Responsibilities:
* New products development from project planning, IC qualification, data review, production release, test time reduction and yield improvement；
* New products reliability solution development & support；
Qualifications:
* BS Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering,；
* Good communication skills in English
* Highly motivated, fast learner, team player with good communication skills
* Knowledge in assembly processing, testing, and qualification as a plus
* Familiar with new product correlation & release into production as a plus
* Experience of IC product qualification is a plus
